Fybr CEO Bob Glatz Announces Retirement; Patrick Stephens Named Successor

ST. LOUIS, MO — June 9, 2025 — Fybr, a leading provider of parking, smart city, and IoT infrastructure solutions, today announced that Chief Executive Officer Bob Glatz will retire after more than 13 years of transformative leadership. Succeeding him as CEO is Patrick Stephens, a veteran financial and operational executive with deep experience in real estate, financial services, and technology-enabled companies.

Glatz joined Fybr during its early days as a parking technology startup and has since guided the company through a significant evolution into a full-scale IoT infrastructure solutions provider. Under his leadership, Fybr deployed technology that has greatly improved mobility, sustainability, operational efficiency, and the customer experience for environments across the country.

“Leading Fybr has been a truly rewarding chapter in my career,” said Glatz. “I’m proud of the team we’ve built and the impact we’ve made in transforming how communities and businesses operate and serve their constituents. I have full confidence in Patrick to carry that momentum forward.”

Stephens brings several years of executive leadership in high-growth environments. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Southern Campus, a tech-enabled real estate ownership and management company specializing in university markets. Prior to that, he held C-suite positions at AvantStay and AJ Capital Partners, where he oversaw M&A integration, SEC compliance, and financial reporting across diverse real estate and hospitality portfolios, most notably in university towns. He began his career at PwC and RSM, serving complex investment and real estate clients.

“I’m thrilled to join Fybr at such an exciting time for the industry,” said Stephens. “Bob and the team have built a truly exceptional suite of products and services that match the increasingly robust infrastructure demand I’ve seen from cities, universities, and businesses in my recent roles. I look forward to working with the team to expand our reach and continuing to deliver value to our customers nationwide.”

Stephens will assume the CEO role immediately and will collaborate with Fybr’s leadership team to shape and execute the company’s long-term vision.
